Panettone is known worldwide as a traditional Italian sweet bread that is usually enjoyed during the Christmas and New Year Festive Season. A long duration, double rising technique using our in-house nurtured “lievito madre” helps us achieve an extraordinary soft texture and a fragrant product.

IL PANETTONE GUSTO TRADIZIONALE
ATIPICO’s PANETTONE GUSTO TRADIZIONALE is prepared following the original Italian recipe using our in-house nurtured “lievito madre” and carefully selected raw ingredients: premium butter and Madagascar vanilla; the finest bread flour, salt, egg yolk, sugar, honey, golden raisins, orange peel. Topped off with beautiful crunchy pearl sugar and almonds to garnish. 

IL PANETTONE al CIOCCOLATO e NOCCIOLE
ATIPICO’s PANETTONE al CIOCCOLATO e NOCCIOLE is prepared following the original Italian recipe using our in-house nurtured “lievito madre” and carefully selected raw ingredients: premium butter and Madagascar vanilla; the finest bread flour, salt, egg yolk, sugar, honey, dark chocolate and hazelnut pralines. Topped off with crunchy pearl sugar and hazelnuts to garnish. 

Shelf life of the panettone

Our Panettone is free from preservatives and artificial flavourings. We recommend consuming ÁTIPICO's Panettone within the first to 2 weeks of production in order to enjoy its fluffy and soft texture to the fullest. 

As we will be continuously producing panettone through the holiday season, we highly recommend you place your orders and pick them up twice weekly if required at that frequency.

Dimensions

Our Panettones will be made in a traditional Panettone basso mold and weigh an average of 750 grams. The Panettone are 18cm in diameter at its base and about 12cm in height with subtle variations due to the proofing and baking process.
