This year for Mother's Day ATIPICO takes you on a Tropical Trip.

 

This modern entremet sublimes a fruit favored by many: the Mango. We are displaying mango variations: a refreshing gel, a fragrant honey Thai mango brunoise, a light mousse.  

A soft almond sponge forms the base of this delicious creation to which we have added a layer of toasted coconut cashew praline, a tangy passion fruit curd and the smoothest coconut chantilly with a touch of lime zest...
