A flavourful tart with hints of buckwheat and cassonade. A refreshing blackcurrant confit layered between a bed of moist Almond frangipane and a velvety-smooth Madagascar Vanilla Chantilly. This delicious cake is finished with a sumptuous marron creme flavoured with Rum for the ultimate festive extravagance.
