This classic French Vanilla Millefeuille is made up of several complex layers of caramelised puff pastry and Diplomat cream; a luscious combination of Tahitian vanilla cream and whipped cream.

It is an exquisite dessert and the base of modern pastry. 

Millefeuille translates to ‘a thousand leaves’ which is represented by its numerous layers.  The MilleFeuille is a dessert on a pedestal, made for elegance and meant for indulgence.
