This revisited classic French Millefeuille is made up of several complex layers of caramelized puff pastry and Diplomat cream - a luscious combination of Tahitian vanilla pastry cream and whipped cream - with touches of fresh berries.

 

Millefeuille translates to ‘a thousand leaves’, which is represented by its numerous layers. Our puff pastry is made in-house to bring the ultimate Classic French dessert’s experience to your palate. The Millefeuille is a dessert on a pedestal, made for elegance and meant for indulgence.

 

It is an exquisite dessert and the base of modern pastry.
